
Services, Pricing & Payment
I offer a variety of services and packages with the goal of accommodating every budget. While doing my research, I came across many nickel & dime fees on other sites, that I have excluded from my own packages. The first being travel fees. There are no travel fees. My drive time will never be deducted from the hours that you are purchasing for actual services. In order for me to do this, I have limited my service area to the cities listed on the home page, and their surrounding areas. You will also find no up-charging to cover credit card processing fees. And although I value my services more than my price reflects, I have attempted to make my services affordable for most people. Will the other companies make more money? Sure they will. But the payoff of being able to be here for my family, when they need me more, makes up for it to me. Payment is due the same day as service. I accept Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, Cash and checks at time of service.
ORGANIZATION
Full day package (7 full hours 9-4) $290
This package is for the client who doesn't know where to start and wants to start tackling as many things as possible in one day. Additional hours for a subsequent day can be added at the rate of $50 per hour, or schedule another full day.
*One discount may be applied to organization services: Veteran or Senior discounts.

Loved-ones package
(7 full hours 9-4) $290
In the wake of losing a loved-one, it can get overwhelming dealing with tasks that need to take place to settle the estate. I can help you. Sometimes going through a loved-ones belongings can be therapeutic and necessary for the grief process, and sometimes there are time restrictions, and you may not be ready. That's where I come in. Let me put an appropriate sized memory box together for you to hold onto, remove donatable items, or box up items that are meant for specific family members/friends. You have the option to be present or not. Belongings will be handled with the utmost respect and care. Suggestions for displayable memory pieces will be made.
*A 10% sympathy discount will be applied to this service. Senior or Veteran discounts may be applied as one additional discount for a total of 20% max.

*I only offer full day services, and do not offer hourly services. I apologize for any inconvenience

​​​*All organization services include FREE removal of donatable items that will fit in my car. (eg: No large furniture) Trash will remain on the property and is the clients' responsibility to dispose of.
O.C.D provides label making & laminating related to the project at no charge. Other supplies will be purchased at the the clients expense, eg: Storage containers, hooks, & baskets etc.

*Client is responsible for providing the paint. I'll provide the rest! I HIGHLY recommend Clark & Kensington paint for the best coverage. It's the only paint I use in my own home!

*I can NOT paint staircases/ceilings above 8'
*All baseboard, crown molding, window trim & door frames are priced at $1.75 per linear foot for 1 coat of enamel. A second coat will be priced at $1.00 per linear foot if necessary.
*Ceilings are an additional $100 - $175 depending on the size of the room
*ALL PRICES ARE BASED ON PAINT READY SURFACES. IF CLEANING, EXCESSIVE PATCHING OR SANDING ARE REQUIRED IN ORDER TO APPLY PAINT, OR IF THERE IS BULKY FURNITURE TO MOVE, THERE WILL BE ADDITIONAL COSTS AT $40 PER HR.
